• We offer free surveys for installations.

4) Bookings, deposits and payment

• Booking dates and times are not guaranteed until we confirm them.

• For boiler installations, we may require a deposit to secure your booking, with the balance due on completion (unless we agree something different in writing).

• Payment methods we accept include bank transfer and finance (where available).

5) Finance (Phoenix Finance)

If finance options are mentioned on the Website or you use any finance calculator/widget, finance is:

• subject to eligibility and approval by the finance provider

• governed by separate terms provided by the finance provider

• not guaranteed (we cannot guarantee acceptance)

6) Service plan packages shown on the Website

If the Website shows service plan packages or example pricing, these are provided for guidance only unless we confirm them in writing. Final pricing may vary depending on your property, system condition, access, and the scope of work.
