Precision Installs (Boilers & Air conditioning) is one half of Precision Group Services Limited. Our sister company, Precision Construction, handles construction, groundworks, and electrical services across Lincolnshire.

Precision Group started with four of us around a kitchen table — Nick, Will, Saffron & Heidi. Today we're a team of over 10 and we still run the business with the same family values we started with. No shortcuts, no hidden fees, and every customer treated like a neighbour.

Nick and Will brought the engineering expertise — over a decade in the trade. Heidi and Saffron built everything around it: the operations, the customer care, the community partnerships. Together, we created something bigger than any of us could alone.
